I love pairing the tanginess of homemade honey mustard with flaky salmon and crumbly Panko. It’s sweet and savory and chock-full of antioxidants.I used Savannah Bee Company’s Tupelo Honey for its soft, floral notes. One of the rarest honeys, Tupelo is such a treat and makes this dish feel even more exquisite. What You’ll Need: 4 salmon filets 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 2 tbsp. Savannah Bee Company Tupelo Honey 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup Panko bread crumbs 3 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped 2 tsp. lemon zest 2 tbsp. olive oil Sea salt and pepperWhat You Do: Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a 13’’ x 9’’ baking pan with cooking spray. Toss together Panko crumbs, fresh parsley, lemon zest, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Drizzle olive oil into the mixture and stir together. In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, Tupelo Honey, and garlic. Brush top of each filet with honey mustard, then dip into Panko mixture. Once coated, place filets into baking pan and bake for 13-15 minutes.
